Last Updated: 10/1/2025

Welcome to Port City Pools. By using our pool maintenance and cleaning services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. These terms ensure safety, proper pool care, and clear communication between Port City Pools and our clients.

1. Chemical Storage and Pool Use

No Chemical Storage

For your safety, Port City Pools does not store pool chemicals at your property. Our technicians supply and apply all necessary pool chemicals and perform testing to maintain a clean, balanced, and safe swimming environment.

Swim Restrictions

To ensure swimmer safety and proper chemical dispersion, please avoid pool use for at least one (1) hour after service. If water circulation is needed during chemical application, our technician will activate your pool pump.

Large Swim Events

If you plan to host a large swim party or gathering, please notify us at least seven (7) days in advance. We will adjust your pool’s chemical levels at no additional charge to accommodate higher swimmer volume.

2. Pool Covers

Cover Removal

Please remove pool covers on your scheduled service day and leave them off for at least three (3) hours after service. Covering your pool more than 50% of the time can affect water chemistry and cause irritation issues.
Port City Pools is not liable for any damage to your pool cover.

3. Access and Pet Safety

  • Children should not be in the pool area during service.
If a technicians feels threatened by loose animals, service may be postponed or canceled.

  • Replace filter elements every 4–5 years.
